(ARTICLE) Why do we need to learn third language?

Assalamualaikum and Hi everyone. Here is my last post for the purpose of my subject. This time I want to share why we are need to learn third language like French,Mandarin, Japanese and so on.
It is so important for us to learn third language?

I'm also taking Mandarin subject for this semester.I'm already learnt some of the basic Mandarin words.
For example:
Apa khabar -Ni hao ma
Guru -Laoshi
Bukan -Bushi
Kakak -Jiejie
Adik lelaki-Didi
Adik perempuan-Meimei
Abang-Gege
Ayah-Baba
Mak-Mama

1. PROFESSIONAL NEEDS

This is probably the main reason will be learning a foreign language. Many professions require the knowledge of at least one or two foreign languages, depending on field work. Most jobs may ask that you know an international language such as English, French, Spanish or German or a business specific language such as Chinese, Japanese, Russian and so on. If you are a native English speaker, you may have a little bit easier, since English is the main international language (and who present the most often in job descriptions) but knowing the secondary might also prove vital.

2. SOCIAL NEEDS

Yes, knowing a foreign language (or more) is a social bonus. There is a steep hill to climb between being presented as people who do not know any foreign languages to be presented as a polyglot. Another case when knowing a foreign language can be literally a social blessing is when meeting a foreigner whose language you can speak. They will be very impressed with the ability to talk with them through their own native tongue, although you on home grounds and this fact can  create a great impression around you. If the foreigner happens to be part of a business meeting, this impression can turn to a successful business partnership, bringing both professional and social satisfaction.

3. FAMILY COMMUNICATION

It is often the case where some of the forms of the various nationalities understand each other through a commonly known international language such as English. However, they will want to start learning the mother tongue of others, not only for a better communication, but also respect them.

4. PERSONAL SATISFACTION

Learning a foreign language is one of the highest intellectual goals that one has, on a personal scale. Think about a difficult puzzle, or math problem that takes months if not years of constant studying to be solved. Process solution it can be hard, tough but shouts of joy at the end is worth it. It is the same case with learning a foreign language: the learning process is not easy and you will have many small issues and problems to deal with along the way. You will need to focus on various aspects of the problem, such as spelling, grammar, reading, pronunciation and so on. If you keep the problem in sight however and if you have not lost interest in it, the chances of solving it are very high and you can meet intellectuals at the end of incomparable with anything else.

5. MIND HEALTH CARE

It's been scientifically proven that by learning a new language, the process stimulates your brain in such a way 1 that it will make you more interested in understanding and  learning other subjects, including discipline "real" such as mathematics, physics, chemistry.Learning a new language requires memorization and understanding of several thousand new words and concepts, offering your brain a good workout for the next event which is a must memorize. After learning a foreign language, you will have better results with studying for exams, the assimilation of information and generally, to keep your mind healthy
and "active" even at an older age.

So I hope some of you will be interested to learn third language after read my post. Here i attached some videos from you tube the simple way to learn third language like mandarin and french. There's so many videos about how to learn third language in a simple way.So go and look some of it guys! My comment about this article and this topic is yes,I do agree that it is very important for us nowadays to learning third language as the advancement in the technology and the globalized world. That is why many of the universities today set third language as one of the subject that must be taken in order for the students to graduate. For example Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) set that the students must take third language like Mandarin,Arabic, Japanese and so on as one of the requirements to graduates. In business world,it is very important to fluent in third party language to avoid being cheat also to have better relationship with the other party.
